
Instead I ended up doing some P90X. I chose the Ab Ripper X workout which is no joke! I have not done the workout in a long time so instead of 25 reps of each exercise, I did only 20 which was still more than enough to kick my butt.
At least I did something today! I guess every up has a down here and there. I need to get it together and get back on the horse.
Today's Mantra: Pick yourself up off the ground and keep moving.
