![]() Tonight I went to the pool. It ended up being a good workout. There were only three people who showed up. I was the first person in and the last person out! The workout was the normal warmup and drills, followed by a main set of "kickaroos" which were kick sets that set your legs on fire!!! Everything from sprinting 25s and 50s, to sets of 100s were included. I felt that I had control of my breath for most of the workout which is something I have been struggling with lately. It's nice to finally feel like I am making progress. My first test tri is in just a few weeks.....
