Today's workout was a 50 minute run but I pushed it to 52:30 so I could get a whole 5 miles. I was happy with my 10:29 average pace through Brook Valley. I had a severe side cramp at 3.29 miles that I thought was going to kill me. I had to stop for a minute and then gather myself and then I was fine.
Not really much else to say... It was a good work out and I'm feeling strong. I've never stuck to a plan this long...
