![]() I unfortunately don't have the data from the last time I did this workout in order to compare to this week, but I can say that this workout was faster than last week. I have not done speed work in a long time so to see a difference in just two weeks is worth being proud of! It is difficult for any GPS device to pick up the turns on a track, so really what I focused on was my lap time. I stayed consistently around 2:02 for a 400 which roughly translates to a 8:10 mile pace. For not having done speed work in some time I am very proud of this effort. The information below considers the one mile warmup, 200 recovery walking between 400s, and a one mile cool down. I assure you my pace was not 11:14 for the speed work!
